A good surprise in Hamilton

The room was refreshingly clean and modern. The staff provided excellent hospitality. The outdoor picnic area was lovely for evening chats under the stars.

The hotel's distance from downtown was slightly inconvenient, requiring a car for dining options. An on-site dining facility would enhance the experience.

The location was great.

Wasn’t a big deal but the garbage cans were not emptied..the room was clean - just previous guests garbage

Convenient and comfy stay.

Spent 2 nights here with the fam. The room was super clean, and we loved hanging out in the picnic area. Had a nice time just chillin' outside. One bummer was needing a car to get to downtown stuff-would've been nice to walk over to restaurants.

The place was super clean, and I loved that we had a spacious picnic area to unwind after a long day. There are plenty of opportunities to relax, like lounging outside or taking a dip in the pool. The only downside was the need for a car to get to nearby dining spots, but it was worth it for the comfort 👍

The room was impressivelynice and neat, like a cozy hug. Plus, it's a better option than just about anywhere else nearby.

Lugging my suitcase up the stairs was a real workout! And getting to town without a car? Well, that was just charmingly inconvenient.

This new hotel offers solid value and comfort, notably better than the nearby options. The room was impeccably clean. While the hotel is a bit removed from the main areas, it requires a car for any dining options, and the lack of an on-site restaurant was a drawback. Italian products served during breakfast were a good surprise. Not having easy access to eateries means planning ahead is essential.
